Tournament hosted by Dareon in June 2004. This tournament was hosted on the Random Insanity forums. Storyline
The competitors were recruited by Ralph and given the motivation (in most cases) of being granted their heart's desires in exchange for coming along and aiding him in a task that would be revealed later. The option of the tournament as vacation time was also put forth, but most opted for their heart's desires. The first two areas were idyllic, well-suited for vacation spots, but beginning with the third round, they began taking on a more and more sinister aspect. As the sponsors reached the final round, it was revealed that Hell's Lord, who had been one side of the second most exciting draw in magical history as the continuation of Amethyst's storyline, had corrupted the round locations in order to weaken the sponsors. However, after a long, drawn-out battle, Hisame Shizumaru severed Hell's Lord from Amethyst, freeing the mage to pursue his own ends. In the end, all five finalists were given their heart's desires or something close to it, and the remainder of the contestants were given helpful items or information for use in their home unverses.
